Pupperwear is able to take your order by email or by phone. To place your order, please call 214.616.0918 or 214.585.0858. To place your order by email, please complete the form at the bottom of this page and click "Submit Order Now". You will receive a response from imawhippet@yahoo.com confirming the receipt of your order.

PLEASE NOTE: When placing your order, you will need to provide applicable measurements for your dog so that the best size for your dog's Pupperwear may be determined. LINK HERE FOR A GUIDE TO MEASURING.

The Fine Print

Stock Orders: stock items are those already in Pupperwear inventory, ready for immediate use and wear. Delivery of stock items may be expected within 3 days of our receipt of payment. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to ship items prior to payment.

Custom Orders: Custom items are those which must be made by hand after your order is placed and in accordance with your customizing specifications. Delivery of custom items may be expected within 14 days of placing your order, however, payment for all orders must be received before the order may be shipped. ** Special conditions including back ordered material and/or embroidery work may delay expected ship dates. We request an additional 10 days for delivery under such conditions.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

As forms of payment, Pupperwear is able to accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and on-line Pay Pal (which allows you to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express in addition to EFTransfers). Please know, however, that PayPal requires a $3 transaction fee on all orders. All forms of payment should be made payable to Dana Moran or Susan Jensen.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

All shipping and handling will be paid by the buyer. All orders will be shipped United Postal Priority Mail 2-3 Day Service unless special “rush” delivery is requested. Rush items will be shipped using Federal Express Overnight Service and will be subject to additional charges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Stock products in “new” condition may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of the product’s delivery date.

Custom orders meeting the specifications of the order form (size, color, accessories) submitted and approved by the buyer may not be refunded or exchanged. However, any custom orders not meeting the specifications as submitted and approved by the buyer on the Pupperwear order form may be returned for correction and fulfillment of the custom order as is indicated on the order form. With phone orders, Pupperwear will complete an invoice and email or a fax a copy of it to you for your records. This will reflect a permanent record of your order. With fax and email orders, the fax or email itself will serve as the completed order form.

In addition, all shipping and handling expenses associated with returns and exchanges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
