QUICK RELEASE COLLARS
are
designed for the fastest and most efficient "on and off" of the collar
and often are used for boxing dogs at race meets. The
"alligator" quick release snap attaches to the collar's second ring
and may be "locked" in the closed position to ensure that your dog is
not "released" unintentionally.
In addition, the quick release
snap may be left unlocked and, with a quick squeeze to the backend,
the
"mouth" will open, freeing the collar and releasing the hound almost
instantly.
Locking Alligator Snap is opened
by squeezing together the snap's ends. When locked, the snap cannot be opened.

metallic threads
(ie: gold lame)
may be best utilized in collars worn only for walking or
"dressing up" and may require special care when washing.

This option is
recommended for all short-coated hounds as it helps prevent
chaffing and hair loss on the front of the neck. In addition
to reducing "rub", this lining provides a 1/8"
padding to help protect the trachea should the hound pull on
the collar while walking, running, etc. CHOOSE FROM
THESE LININGS: White or Natural Sherpa lining, Faux

Choke-Reducing
Padding
This option
gives an additional 1/4" of padding on the neck side of
the collar to further reduce the abrasive effects of a pulling

Walking Leash
Choose a nylon
leash in either 3/4" width or 1" width to
